Downloads

We’ve published our prospectus and all our policies & procedures, plus our forms (for admissions and uniform orders) for you to download. Also available are our newsletters, and when we send letters out to parents with important information, we publish copies of these here too.

To view these documents you will need the Adobe PDF Reader plug-in on your computer. If you haven’t already got it, download it for free from the Adobe website.

2009/2010 Prospectus

The prospectus covers just about everything you need to know about Chequers Playgroup – including how we implement the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, basic information (e.g. session days & times, age ranges and fees) and our procedures (e.g. dropping off and collecting your child and what they should wear).

If you’re thinking of bringing your child to Chequers, this is the document to read first:

Policies & Procedures

The policies and procedures are currently being overhauled to bring them up to date with the new Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.  They are almost finished and we are currently largely working to the new policies.  When they are finished they will be available to read here.  The policies and procedures govern all aspects of how we do things at Chequers and includes documents on:

  • Admissions
  • Behaviour Management
  • Confidentiality
  • Complaints
  • Special educational needs
  • Equal opportunities
  • Safeguarding children

and much more.

Please contact us if you would like to view the policies as they are now.

Forms

Download the Registration Form to register your child at Chequers Playgroup, and the Uniform Order Form to request a Chequers sweatshirt or polo shirt for your child. Before you fill out the Registration Form, make sure you’re familiar with the Admissions process.

Both forms can be returned to:
Chequers Playgroup
Hempnall Village Hall

Or drop them off at the Village Hall during a Playgroup session (see How to find us for directions).
