We've published our prospectus and all our policies & procedures, plus our forms (for admissions and uniform orders) for you to download. Also available are our newsletters, and when we send letters out to parents with important information, we publish copies of these here too.

2007/08 Prospectus

The prospectus covers just about everything you need to know about Chequers Playgroup - including how we implement the Foundation Stage Curriculum, basic information (e.g. session days & times, age ranges and fees) and our procedures (e.g. dropping off and collecting your child and what they should wear).

If you're thinking of bringing your child to Chequers, this is the document to read first.

Policies & Procedures

This document, last updated in January 2008, contains the policies & procedures that govern our management of Chequers Playgroup. It contains our policies for, among other things:

  • Admissions;
  • Fees & charges;
  • Confidentiality;
  • Complaints, and;
  • Special educational needs.

Forms

Download the Registration Form to register your child at Chequers Playgroup, and the Uniform Order Form to request a Chequers sweatshirt or polo shirt for your child. Before you fill out the Registration Form, make sure you're familiar with the Admissions process.

Noticeboard: Chequers Playgroup newsletter

Parents and carers get a newsletter every half term, with details of what's going on at the Playgroup, upcoming events and important announcements.
